HOWEVER.... Toon Resistance has a couple tricks up their collective sleeves, which we will be pulling out shortly...
So, since two can play at this dirty-tricks game, our agents have infiltrated their and are putting our own counter-measures into place. One of those being the implementation of 5+ Star VP Rewards in Peaceful Peaks and Hollandia... This should put a wrench in their works, as well as provide you with enough playing power to hold them at bay until we get our response ready to go.
