We are back! Thank you to everyone who has kept supporting us during this slower period where we haven't been making many updates for a while!
As a welcome back present, we have added the ability to create white and black toons! So, get creative and make that new toon that you have long been waiting to create!
This update brings a number of subtle updates and fixes to better balance various mechanics to make it easier to get started for new players on new toons!
We are also updating to the latest version of our game engine to keep us ahead of the curve. Let us know in our Discord's support channel if you have any issues!
New
Allow making Black and White toons except for white ducks or black mice.
Show on the street map if a shop that is needed by a toontask is taken over by the cogs.
Gaggy Gary will now restock your gags starting from the highest gag level to better match expectations.
Gaggy Gary will use the gags' actual cost with a 10% restocking fee added on top.
Changes
Increase the number of jellybeans toons will get when the bank vault opens to 300.
Decrease the chances for a cog to join a street battle, especially in earlier neighborhoods.
Decrease the cog level pool for buildings closer to original TTO numbers, especially in earlier neighborhoods.
Rework cog building expiration logic to prevent buildings being stuck at the first cog invasion type forever. Buildings will now expire after at most 4 hours to allow room for new buildings.
Disable trolley Photo Game for groups of 1 or 2 people.
Update to Panda3D 1.11.0 pre-release.
Bug Fixes
Fix fishing spots in Daisy Gardens and Minnie's Melodyland.
Add water ripples in Daisy Gardens, Minnie's Melodyland, The Brrrgh, and Donald's Dreamland playgrounds.
Properly reflect the higher gag XP cap during XP multiplier holidays in the inventory interface.
Fix the link to Trolley Troubles in the Enigmeow task line.

Various minor bug fixes.
As an additional note, there have been some changes in ownership here at Toontown Fellowship. I would like to thank Mickey who has been holding the torch for quite a while, keeping the lights on around here. Recently Mickey has decided to pass on the ownership of Toontown Fellowship to me, Maxwell. I've been the main developer and an administrator for a number of years already and I am happy to continue bringing Toontown Fellowship forward into the future for many more years!
Thank you all!
Maxwell.
